In addition, Fermented black garlic contains S-allylcysteine which is not in raw garlic, and various effects can be expected.
Black vinegar extract powder and Moromi powder are made in Kagoshima, Japan. It is rich in nutrients including Amino Acid.
This product adds Black vinegar extract powder, Moromi powder and Vitamin B1 to fermented black garlic.
